 This is a "Lancejakk Marauder" by Jacob Mace.  Almost 6 years ago I wrote to him and told him this is an excellent example of comic book art.  He thanked me and that is the last I heard from him.  I guess he is not on the site anymore.  I sure would like to see more of this.  This is the page-
