18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Billy did one thing right in his life, and he is proud of it.  He was a faithful and dedicated Marine infantryman who would have unhesitatingly risked his life in the furtherance of his duty had it been called for.  As a member of the Presidential Guard in Washington D. C., he saw power and greatness daily and would never have took it upon himself to do a goddamn thing disloyal or harmful to the United States.  Knowing that the senior military officer in this country took it upon himself to make policy and give a head's up to our sworn enemies, without repercussions, without any cause or authorization whatsoever, shocks the former corporal no end.  This is betrayal of responsibility at the highest level, it is beyond belief that such a thing could have happened.  Others are involved in this as well.
Billy lives within the Circular Error Probable zone of Corpus Christi and he does not appreciate green lighting a first strike against this country one little bit.  The little rabbit sits on his favorite rotting lifeboat and thinks about Cassandra.

All the honors in the world mean nothing to a narcissist sociopath.
