Le Lapin cigarette papers. The rabbit is wearing a pouch that reads 'Duke Paper'. There was a Duke tobacco considered very good for rolling, known as Duke's Mixture. It is now the American Tobacco Company and I doubt that is what this poster is referring to.
Smart rabbits don't smoke tobacco anyway. Rabbit Hash is a town in Kentucky, and refers to a time when rabbits were all that could be found to eat following a flood. Since 1879.
